12. Compliance & Sanctions

You represent that you are not located in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions and are not a prohibited party under applicable sanctions laws. You agree to comply with export control, sanctions, and anti‑money laundering laws as applicable to your use of the Services.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR. Where permitted by law, the parties may agree to good‑faith negotiation and mediation prior to litigation.

We may modify the Services or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
